We purchased two new iPhone 4S's recently. I was motivated
primarily by a need to access and clean up my emails while on the
road (I recently returned from China to find 1047 emails awaiting my
return). I also wanted to maintain my Cox email address.
Unfortunately, Cox's rather primitive technology would allow me to
delete emails on the iPhone but would still maintain the emails on
the Cox server and ultimately on my desktop. This didn't exactly
address my requirements. They implemented an elegant approach which
utilized gmail to link to my Cox emails and provide the capabilty I
needed, ie, delete once and have the deletion reflected on the
servers and desktop while still preserving my Cox email address. He
complemented this approach by using gSync to sync my calendars and
contact lists seamlessly. Kudos on another job well done in a
timely, customer-focused fashion.

We have a LAN in our home with 3 PCs on all the time; a laptop and
netbook on occasionally. We have had them help us with the setup and
problems that have occurred with software and getting our LAN
working, including adding a LAN jack in another bedroom. He also got
us switched over from dial-up with ICS to wide band. They have
always been extremely competent and helpful, no matter what the
problem is. He obviously has vast experience and gets to the
problems quickly. I never hesitate to call them if I can't figure
out what to do because I know he'll fix it promptly. He's done many
things for us such as fixing our laptop with a jammed cd and
replacing a hard drive on a PC. He always knows what has to be done
and has the right software tools to take care of it.

They go the extra mile! I trashed my daughter's hard drive during an
install. Being chronically ill, her laptop is her life. They came to
our home to pick up the computer the same day we called.
Understanding how important the pc was to my daughter they spent
hours making doubly sure that they recovered her files. The process had been
complicated by my attempt to create a linux ext4 partition which
affected the whole drive in unusual ways. With their persistence
they
figured out how to recover what would have been unrecoverable by other
repair shops. They put people first and it shows in the excellence
and professionalism they bring to the work they do. I can't tell you
how happy my daughter is that her poetry, pictures, etc, were
saved! And of course, they delivered the laptop to us instead of us
going to his shop. What service!

computer but my iPhone as well. They have many ideas for uses at
work and home and implements them to use my computer and iPhone more

I needed emails and documents recovered for an emergency situation
from a near impossible situation. I was referred to, PC Tech by a
friend for what seemed to be an impossible task. While I was
skeptical, doubting and certain it was going to cost tens of
thousands of dollars, they came through and for a fraction of the

As an 87 year old with computer deficit syndrome. When I have
troubles with my computer, many times the solutions are simple to
the younger generation (anyone under 70), but frustrating to me. PC
